I think any pill you can buy to lose weight is a scam. I went from 250 to 225 in 5 weeks and taking pills! I started exercising 30 minutes to 1 hour a day biking boost the hell cut the yard of anything that could be active and the couch. Then I started eating smaller portions more 3 times a day without carbs only vegetables and fruit flesh.
